Welcome to BrainyBee, a service provided by MedCost Data LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). We provide an AI-powered educational platform for exam preparation and coursework analysis. This policy explains how we handle your personal data.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Data: Name, email, and profile picture via Google Sign-In.
• User Content: Coursework, notes, and documents you upload for AI analysis.
• Usage Data: Test scores and interaction logs to improve the AI models.

3. How We Share Data (AI Processors)

To provide our services, we send the content you upload (such as study notes) to third-party Large Language Model (LLM) providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google Vertex AI) for processing.

• These providers are contractually limited to using your data solely for generating responses and not for training their public models.
• We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or data brokers.

4. Google OAuth & Limited Use

BrainyBee's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Age Requirements & Children's Privacy

BrainyBee is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

6. Data Deletion

Users can delete their account and all associated study materials at any time via the Account Settings dashboard. Upon deletion, all personal identifiers are removed from our active databases.
